Overview:

We are seeking an experienced PMO Functional Liaison candidate with attention to detail that can focus on quality and consistency for the responsibilities mentioned below.

We are seeking an experienced PMO Functional Analyst to act as a Liaison on a Medicaid transformation project. We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail that can focus on quality and consistency. You will work with functional teams to organize and facilitate design sessions, and with the PMO team on administrative and quality management tasks. You will be expected to understand client requirements, update project documentation, and assist in coordinating meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • SharePoint Management and Governance:

  • Managing version updates, naming conventions, and approved design repository.

  • Syncing documents between our and our client's SharePoint.

  • Workplan management

  • Facilitate updates to MPP.

  • Update detailed calendars as needed.

  • Meetings Support:

  • Participate in Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions on a weekly basis.

  • Setting up all client meetings and book rooms as necessary for functional team.

  • Manage meeting minutes and recordings.

  • Setting up meeting rooms for design sessions.

  • Staffing Management:

  • POC for onboarding requests and follow-ups.

  • Maintain and facilitate functional team roster and distribution list updates.

  • Project Reporting/Meeting Materials:

  • Provide support for developing status report and other client deliverables.

  • Coordination across tracks:

  • Work with PMO and other tracks to coordinate new processes, completion of action items, etc.

  • Jira Support

  • Build dashboards to manage RAID items for functional team.

  • Governance for logging RAID items and maintaining workflows.

  • Follow-up on overdue items.

  • Design document support:

  • Provide QA/QC support to make sure Action items are addressed in functional design.

  • Work with PMO team on document submissions and updates.

    Mandatory Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree with 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager.

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and knowledge of PMO processes and best practices.

  • Power user of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Minimum of 2 years experience with JIRA.

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative cross-functional team.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deliverables.

  • Experience managing and delegating workloads and following up on completion dates

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Project
