    Responsible for the administration and functional support of the KBR Supply Chain Application Suite. Under general supervision, and occasional direct supervision, performs assignments requiring experience and knowledge of standard concepts within their field. Displays core job competencies by analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures to improve business processes and system design. Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems and / or relative Business degree.

  • Offer project IT functional support for KBR’s Supply Chain Application Suite.

  • Develop reports for internal and external customers, write /perform routine SQL queries for data extraction.

  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

  • Analyze complex business problems and offer solutions to the customer, serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.

  • Performing requirements analysis, define objectives and scope of work.

  • Coordinate the development of documentation to enable implementation and turnover of the process of system.

  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

  • Follow IT procedures for system configuration and system testing.

  • Ensure all applications changes follow the IT change management process.

  • Leading ongoing IT project reviews of processes and developing optimization strategies.

  • Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field.

  • Relevant experience in business, IT, or related field.

  • Proficient in data extraction and analysis, well versed in SQL query creation and review. Good understanding of database relationships.

  • Well versed in Microsoft Power BI reporting or comparable.

  • Analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

  • Advanced technical skills and excellent documentation skills.

  • Management Information Systems and Supply Chain experience is a plus.
