Application Analysts will be a knowledgeable authority for their primary areas of responsibility and provide support to other teams and Community Health Network end users as appropriate. Consistently demonstrates effective communication and team building skills. Possesses and applies a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of a particular field of specialization to the completion of moderately difficult assignments/tasks. These assignments/tasks may include planning, system analysis, application building, testing, maintenance, and support. Application Analysts may also be involved with completing special project work as assigned and under the guidance of their manager/mentor. The Application Analyst also understands the interdependencies of the applications they support and follows project management methodologies as necessary.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Associate degree in information technology or healthcare related field preferred.

  • A minimum of one or more years of healthcare and/or relevant IT experience required.

  • Experience in sProvider, Dynamics 365, DexCare, IHIE, Lirio and Notable preferred.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of third-party software applications to understand functionalities, features, and limitations.

  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives.

  • Configure third-party applications to align with client specifications and business processes.

  • Optimize application performance through customization, tuning, and troubleshooting.

  • Develop and implement integration solutions to enable seamless interoperability between third-party applications and existing systems.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients during implementation, testing, and post-deployment phases.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to third-party applications.
