This position reports directly to the Hourly Childcare Supervising Lead Teacher and oversees the Hourly Childcare Assistant Teachers in the classroom to facilitate care and daily activities for children,develop daily lesson plans,take children on field trips,clean and sanitize toys,monitor playground time,and help during lunch and quiet times,and serve snacks. This position also serves as back-up to the Hourly Childcare Supervising Lead Teacher in their absence to manage facility,facilitate state licensing rules,communicate with parents,order supplies,and update children schedules.
