We seek an experienced Imaging Support Analyst with a passion for excellence in imaging implementation and unparalleled support. As a trusted subject matter expert, with the configuration and optimization of imaging systems. This role will serve as a technical mentor, empowering teammates with insights and best practices.

Job Summary:

Configures, implements, supports and maintains applications and technical integrations to meet the needs of the organization. Acts as a consultant on moderate to complex application and data integration issues. Serves as a coordinator and customer service representative between business operations, information technology, leadership, system users and vendors.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Troubleshoots and resolves basic application issues and provides end user support.

  • Monitors applications for issues in connection with maintenance, upgrades and implementations.

  • Provides routine maintenance of supported applications and systems using existing procedures. Follows and stays current with internal processes, policies and procedures.

  • Acts as the primary point of contact for on-going production maintenance, support and troubleshooting. Participates in on-call and after-hours support schedules.

  • Serves as an IT liaison for basic issues, implementations, and upgrades with a range of customers, including system users. Maintains a positive relationship with the customer.

  • Follows tasks as assigned in project plans for routine projects in order to support meeting milestones and timeframes. Performs standard system testing both unit and integrated.

  • Troubleshoots and resolves routine application issues and escalates appropriately to application team members and managers.

  • May assist in training delivery for projects, updates, or upgrades.

  • Reviews and analyzes the efficiency of existing systems and escalates findings to team leaders.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent years of experience and education

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.

  • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.

  • Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.

  • Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.

  • Frequent keyboard use/data entry.

  • Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.

  • Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.

  • Rare climbing.
