Description
The Storeroom Manager is responsible for purchasing, stocking the store room shelves, maintaining adequate inventory levels & delivery of supplies to programs. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the agency. The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the inventory of supplies, making sure that everything is organized, accounted for, and readily available when needed.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory levels of all items
Receive and issue materials in a timely and efficient manner
Conduct regular inventory checks
Prepare and submit purchase orders
Resolve any issues that arise with inventory or deliveries
Deliver supplies to multiple programs
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid NYS driver’s license
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Essential Job Qualifications:
Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
Ability to sit, squat, crouch and stand for elongated periods of time
Ability to lift arms over head in upward reaching motion
Ability to walk up and downstairs up to several times per day.
